These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and 80085games (Vladimir Matsel, individual developer; “we”, “us”) about the AstroWitch app for Meta Quest (the “App”). They apply in addition to the terms of the Meta Horizon Store, through which you obtain the App. By installing or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. The App is not directed at minors. When you first start the App you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18 you may not use the App; if you confirm your age untruthfully, you do so at your own responsibility. By using the App you accept these Terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the App.
Astrology, tarot and the I Ching are presented in the App as traditions and as play. The positions of the planets are calculated mathematically, but their meanings, the “lucky” and “unlucky” days and every interpretation are the App’s playful view within the game, not facts and not predictions of your future.
Nothing in the App is medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax or any other professional advice, a diagnosis, a recommendation or a call to act. Do not make important decisions based on the App. For anything important, ask a qualified professional. If you are going through a hard time, free and confidential help is available at findahelpline.com; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
In particular, readings about health, pregnancy, death, accidents, relationships, other people, money, work or legal matters are part of the game and say nothing real about those subjects. Do not treat anything in the App as a reason to start, stop or change any treatment, relationship, investment or other important course of action.
Using a virtual-reality headset carries risks, such as discomfort, motion sickness, eye strain, and in rare cases seizures. Before playing, read and follow the Meta Quest Health and Safety Warnings. AstroWitch is designed to be played seated: keep your play area clear of obstacles, people and pets, set up your boundary, and take regular breaks. Stop at once if you feel unwell, and do not use the App while driving, walking around, or where you need to be aware of your surroundings. You are responsible for your own safety and your surroundings while using the App, to the extent permitted by law.
Lupita’s replies are generated automatically by Google’s Gemini models from what you say and from the reading the App has calculated. AI output can be wrong, inconsistent, odd or, despite our safeguards, inappropriate. We do not review conversations in advance and do not adopt what the AI says as our own statement. If Lupita says something offensive or harmful, please tell us at the address in section 15 so we can improve the App.
You are responsible for how you use, rely on or share what Lupita says. If you record or share parts of a conversation, do not present them as real predictions, as professional advice or as statements by us.

We may limit or end your access to online features if you seriously or repeatedly break these rules.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Meta Quest devices for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these Terms and the Meta Horizon Store terms. All rights in the App, Lupita, its texts, art, sound and code belong to us or our licensors; third-party materials are credited on the App’s page.
Talking to Lupita needs an internet connection and online services run by us, Google and Meta. Free readings and conversation time are limited (for example per week), and a single conversation may pause briefly to reconnect. We may change, suspend or end features, limits or the online service — for example if a provider changes its terms — and will try to give reasonable notice of major changes in the App or on this page.
Some readings and extra conversation time can be bought inside the App. Purchases are made through the Meta Horizon Store checkout and governed by Meta’s terms; Meta handles payment, and refunds follow the Meta Horizon Store’s refund policy. A purchased reading is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. Where your law gives you a right to withdraw from a digital purchase, you agree that supply starts immediately and acknowledge that this right ends once the reading is supplied, to the extent your law allows. Items described as being for a specific year or period apply to that year or period. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
The App relies on services of Meta (distribution, entitlement, purchases), Google (AI voice and replies, hosting) and Cloudflare (hosting). Their availability and terms are outside our control. Using the App does not give you any rights against those companies under these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of readings or AI output, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some countries do not allow certain exclusions; in that case they apply only as far as the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision or action you take, or do not take, based on anything said or shown in the App, nor for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim about the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App and purchases in it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. We are also not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages or changes of the services of Meta, Google or Cloudflare.
If you break these Terms or the law while using the App, and this leads to a claim against us by a third party, you agree to compensate us for the resulting losses and reasonable costs, to the extent your law allows. This does not apply where the claim is caused by our own fault, and it does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms when the App or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, tell you in the App. If you continue using the App after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the online features if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if required by law or by Meta.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. EU consumers can also use their national consumer dispute-resolution bodies. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Meta Horizon Store terms, are the whole agreement between you and us about the App. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up. We may transfer the App and these Terms to another owner, provided your rights under them are not reduced; you may not transfer your rights under these Terms. If a translation of these Terms differs from this English version, the English version prevails.
