This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the Tank Mania game for Meta Quest (the “App”), developed and published by 80085games, collects and processes, why, on what legal basis, who receives it, how long it is kept, and what rights and choices you have. It applies to the Meta Quest version of the App, distributed through the Meta Horizon Store, and to communications with us about it. Versions of the App on other platforms have their own privacy policies. This Policy does not apply to Meta, Photon or any other service, each of which has its own privacy policy. It replaces the earlier privacy policy published for the App.
By installing or using the App you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.
Tank Mania is developed and published by 80085games. 80085games is run by Vladimir Matsel, an individual developer, who is the controller of the personal data described in this Policy:

Through the Meta Horizon Platform SDK, the App collects the following data from your Meta account:

Meta processes this data as an independent controller under its own terms and privacy policy. We use it only to provide these features inside the App — never for advertising or marketing, and we do not pass it to anyone except Photon for running the match (section 4.2).
Online matches run through Photon, a multiplayer network service of Exit Games, Inc. To connect you, Photon processes your device’s IP address and a user identifier supplied by the App, and routes you to one of its server regions. During a match, the App sends the other players in it — through Photon — what the game needs to show you to each other: your Meta display name, your tank, its position and in-game actions, and the match results. Players of the App on other platforms may join the same matches and see the same information. We do not run our own game servers and do not keep this match data after the match ends.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to answer you and to keep a record of the request.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with business partners, data brokers or advertising networks.
We may disclose personal data if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, court order or lawful request by public authorities, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our players, the public or us.
Photon routes you to one of its server regions, which may be outside your country; Meta processes data under its own terms. Where personal data is transferred from the EEA, UK or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses included in our providers’ data processing terms.
Wherever you live, you have the right to: know and access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights are available to every player, regardless of country or region. Laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, other US state privacy laws or Brazil’s LGPD may give you further rights, such as lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to exercise them: email vnmtsl@gmail.com with the subject “Tank Mania — Privacy”. We will reply within 30 days (or the period your law requires, extendable where the law allows), and may need to verify your request. If we decline a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal; you can appeal by replying to our answer.
Choices in the App: you can turn voice chat off by withdrawing the microphone permission. Uninstalling the App deletes everything it stored on your headset. Data held by Meta (your account) is managed through your Meta account settings and Meta’s privacy tools.
No sale or sharing: we do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the processing of personal data online), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Online play and voice chat let players communicate with people they do not know; parents and guardians can use Meta’s parental supervision tools to manage this. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is sent over the encrypted connections provided by Meta and Photon, and we keep the personal data we handle to the minimum described above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the competent authorities where the law requires.
