This Privacy Policy explains what data the TRRRack game for Meta Quest and iPhone (the “App”), developed and published by 80085games, collects and processes, why, who receives it, and how you can have it deleted.
TRRRack is developed and published by 80085games. 80085games is run by Vladimir Matsel, an individual developer, who is the controller of the data described in this Policy:

The App uses the Meta Horizon Platform SDK. Through it, the App receives the following data from Meta’s platform and uses it only for the purposes below:
| Data | Why the App uses it |
|---|---|
| User ID — your Meta user ID | To give you your game and your in-game purchases (Meta checks that you own the App and the add-ons you bought), and to mark your own row on the leaderboards. Meta links your lap times to this ID when the App submits them. |
| User profile — your display name (or Meta username if you have none); the profile photo is not used | Shown next to lap times on the leaderboards, so players can see whose time it is. |
| Friends — which of your Meta friends have lap times in the game | The friends view of the leaderboards. Not used for anything else. |
| In-app purchases — your purchase records for the App’s add-ons (item code and whether it is unused) | To deliver the support add-on you bought, thank you for it and mark it as used. |
Your best lap time on each circuit and speed class is submitted to that circuit’s leaderboard on Meta’s platform, where other players can see it next to your display name. The data in this section is used only inside the App, is held by Meta’s services, and is never sent to analytics, to our servers or to any third party. We never use it for advertising, marketing or profiling. Meta processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.
Leaderboards may also be shown by Meta outside the game (for example in the Meta Horizon app), and Meta may notify you when a friend beats your time. These features are operated by Meta and follow your Meta privacy settings.
The game is sold through the Meta Horizon Store, and Meta processes every payment. We never see your payment details. The App offers optional in-game support purchases (consumable add-ons), bought through Meta’s own checkout. Support gives no advantage in the game. The App keeps on your headset only how many times you have given support.
If Cloud Backup is turned on in your headset’s settings, Meta may back up the App’s folder to your Meta account so your progress follows you to a new headset. That backup is run by Meta; we have no access to it.
To keep the game stable and see where it needs improving, the App sends anonymous gameplay events to our analytics provider, Amplitude, Inc. Each event carries:
Your Meta user ID, display name and friends are never sent to analytics. Amplitude may receive your IP address as part of the network connection; we do not use it to locate or identify you.
| Party | What for | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Meta Platforms | App distribution, payment, in-app purchases, entitlement, leaderboards, friends view, Cloud Backup | Independent controller under Meta’s own terms |
| Amplitude, Inc. | Anonymous gameplay analytics (section 4.4) | Processor acting on our instructions |
We use no other service providers.
Amplitude may process analytics data in the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Data handled by Meta’s platform is processed by Meta under its own terms.
Analytics data is kept for no longer than 24 months, then deleted or aggregated so that it no longer relates to an installation. Data on your headset stays there until you delete the App. Your leaderboard entries stay on Meta’s platform until they are replaced by a better time, deleted at your request, or the leaderboard is reset or closed.
Analytics events are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The App talks to Meta’s platform only through Meta’s own SDK. We keep the data we handle to the minimum described above.
Every player, wherever they live, may ask us to access, correct or delete their data, to restrict or object to its processing (including our analytics), and to receive a copy of it. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the EEA/UK: your local data protection authority).
Anonymous data (GDPR Art. 11): because analytics data is tied only to a random installation ID, we may be unable to identify which events are yours unless you give us that ID. This right is available to every player, regardless of location.
The App is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
If this Policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.

TRRRack is also available for iPhone. On iPhone the App works as described above, with these differences. Where this section differs from sections 1–13, this section applies to the iPhone version.
