Wet Bottom — Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 26, 2026
Last updated: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data the Wet Bottom game for Meta Quest (the “App”), developed and published by 80085games, collects and processes, why, who receives it, and how you can have it deleted.

1. Summary (plain language)

2. Who is responsible (data controller)

Wet Bottom is developed and published by 80085games. 80085games is run by Vladimir Matsel, an individual developer, who is the controller of the data described in this Policy:

3. Information we do NOT collect

4. Data the App processes, and why

4.1 Meta Horizon platform services

The App uses the Meta Horizon Platform SDK. Through it, the App receives the following data from Meta’s platform and uses it only for the purposes below:

DataWhy the App uses it
User ID — your Meta user IDTo give you your game: Meta checks that you own the App (entitlement check). To unlock the “first victory” achievement on your profile, which may also unlock the full game after a free trial.

This data is used only inside the App, is held by Meta’s services, and is never sent to us or to any third party. We never use it for advertising, marketing or profiling. Meta processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.

4.2 Microphone (voice orders)

When you choose the radio controls and hold the radio key, the App listens to the microphone and recognises a small set of words — column letters, row numbers and “fire” — with an offline speech model built into the App (Vosk). Recognition happens on the headset. The audio is processed in memory and discarded at once; it is never recorded, stored or transmitted. The microphone is not used at any other time. You can refuse or withdraw the microphone permission in your headset’s settings; all other controls keep working.

4.3 Purchases

The game is sold through the Meta Horizon Store, and Meta processes every payment. We never see your payment details.

4.4 Data that stays on your headset

This data is stored in the App’s own folder and is never sent to us. If Cloud Backup is turned on in your headset’s settings, Meta may back up the App’s folder to your Meta account; that backup is run by Meta and we have no access to it.

5. What we never do with data

We never sell data, never share it, never use it for advertising or marketing, and show no ads.

6. Service providers and other parties

The only other party is Meta Platforms, which runs the store, the purchase, the entitlement check and achievements under its own privacy policy. The offline speech model (Vosk, by Alpha Cephei) runs inside the App and receives nothing.

7. Retention

We hold no data about you. Data on your headset is kept until you uninstall the App. Meta keeps its platform data under its own policy.

8. Security

Nothing leaves your headset except Meta’s own platform calls, which travel over Meta’s secure connections.

9. Your rights

Every player, wherever they live, may ask us to access, correct or delete their data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the EEA/UK: your local data protection authority).

9.1 How to request deletion of your data

This right is available to every player, regardless of location.

10. Children

The App is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

If we change this Policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
